RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Are you not completely satisfied with your order? Then you can return your order for €2.99 in the original packaging within 14 days, provided it meets our return conditions. Do not forget to add your name + order number to your return shipment.

For return packages from the Netherlands, you need to create a return label. Did you receive a track & trace email in your mail earlier? At the bottom of this email you can easily create your return label (return costs are for your own account).

If you have not received a track & trace email, please report your return by sending an email to info@crownsburg.com. Please state: your name, the item you wish to return/exchange and the reason for return. Send the return shipment via PostNL (return costs €2.99) to the address below:

NB!
– The package must be accompanied by a fully completed return form. Without a return form, we cannot exchange or return your items.
– When exchanging or returning, we advise you to keep the track & trace code until you have received an email from us that your return has arrived.
– The product must be unworn.
– The package must be returned in the original packaging plus contents.

After receipt and approval Crownsburg will refund the paid purchase amount (excl. shipping costs) within 30 working days. Crownsburg has the right to reject returned items if the conditions are not met.
