Are you not completely satisfied with your order? Then you can return your order at your own expense in the original packaging within 14 days, provided that it meets our return conditions. Do not forget to add your name + order number to your return shipment.

Have you previously received a track & trace email in your email? At the bottom of this email you can easily create your return label (return costs are for your own account).

If you have not received a track & trace email, please register your return by sending an email to info@crownsburg.com. Please state: your name, the item you want to return/exchange and the reason for the return. Send the return via PostNL (return costs are for your own account) to the address below:

All Crownsburg jewelry is handmade to order especially for you. The products can be returned only at your own expense. Crownsburg is not liable for the loss of the package by the mail carrier. Therefore, make sure that you return it insured and that there is a Track & Trace code with the shipment.

– The package must be accompanied by a fully completed return form. We cannot exchange or return your items without a return form.
– When exchanging or returning, we advise you to keep the track & trace code until you have received an email from us that your return has arrived.
– The product must be unworn.
– The package must be returned in the original packaging plus contents.

After receipt and approval, Crownsburg will refund the paid purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) within 30 working days. Crownsburg has the right to reject returned items if the conditions are not met.
